What are the payment options?

We accept on-line payments (Credit/Debit Card at time of booking or purchase)

What is your return policy?

Due to the personal nature of our products, we only accept return of products should they be faulty.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Please see the Gift Card page to purchase an eGift Card.

Can I have a healing if i'm pregnant?

Yes, you can. A healing while you are pregnant is a beautiful experience for both you and your baby. If you know you are pregnant we ask that you let us know when you arrive at your appointment. If you are more comfortable being seated for the healing than lying on your back this can also be accommodated.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

No shows and last-minute cancellations prevent others from accessing services when needed. 
If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please give at least 48 hrs notice. If you cancel within this timeframe or fail to show for an appointment you will be charged the full fee, or have the session count as one of your packages sessions. 
To cancel or reschedule an appointment please refer to your original booking confirmation email.

Do you make custom designs?

Yes! I love working with people to make custom designs on Mala's, necklaces and bracelets. We start with a consult on what it is you are after, some people just want an intuitively designed piece, other people want something quite specific and both is fine. Once a design has been agreed upon I will then quote to make, and then once the price is accepted and paid for in full I will make the piece, infusing any special intention that you may have into the piece.

Do I need to undress for a healing?

No, all healings are done fully clothed. You will be able to lay on a massage table, with a pillow under your head and be covered in a blanket should you choose. You will only be asked to remove your shoes.

Do you have a shop front?

Not as such. My items are available for purchase in my Healing Studio for clients who are attending appointments only, but we are not open to "drop in". Item's are available for purchase through the on-line shop or at various local markets. Follow us on Facebook to see when and where we will be at market!
